The Department of Services improves the quality of life for people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS regardless of socioeconomic status for the overall improvement of society. This is done through a comprehensive package of services including case management, support groups, housing, emergency financial assistance, rental subsidies, food pantry, home delivered meals, dietary counseling, transportation, substance abuse services, referrals, service coordination and community social events.
